Absolutely. It's one of our most popular ways to shop. Simply message us on WhatsApp with the product you're interested in, your size, and your shipping address within Sri Lanka. Our team will confirm availability, share payment details, and confirm your order personally.
We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer only. For WhatsApp orders, we share bank transfer details or arrange cash on delivery depending on your preference.
At the moment we deliver within Sri Lanka only. All orders are fulfilled from our Dalugama, Kelaniya warehouse and handed to Koombiyo Delivery for island-wide delivery.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email at [email protected]. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a size or colour exchange if your item does not fit.
Yes. All Lynx n Co orders are shipped in our signature navy box with tissue paper and a care card. For a dedicated gift message, simply add a note at checkout or let us know via WhatsApp.
