All orders are dispatched from our Dalugama, Kelaniya warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Orders confirmed on business days are prioritised for same-day packing where possible.
Every Lynx n Co order is packed with care and handed to Koombiyo Delivery for island-wide delivery across Sri Lanka. Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over LKR 10,000.

Measure & Contact Us
If the size does not fit, measure your actual waist size with a tape and share it with us on WhatsApp before requesting an exchange.

Ship It Back
Send the unworn item with all tags attached to our Dalugama, Kelaniya exchange address via Post Office or Courier Service. Return delivery is arranged by you.

Exchange Processed
Once we verify the size and condition, your exchange is completed within up to 5 working days after parcel receipt.
Eligible for Exchange
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused items
- Original condition with all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
- Size or colour issues only
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Worn, washed or altered items
- Items with removed tags or any damage
- Sale or final-sale items
- Requests that are not size or colour related
