1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We aim to describe and price products accurately, but errors may occur; where we identify an error, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel the affected order.
3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. Payment must be completed using our approved methods (Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer) before an order is processed and dispatched.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We dispatch orders from our Dalugama, Kelaniya warehouse and deliver within Sri Lanka through Koombiyo Delivery. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 days depending on your district. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
5. Exchanges
We operate an exchange-only policy. We do not offer cash refunds. Exchanges are only available for size or colour issues when the returned item meets our condition policy. Please see our Exchange Policy for full details on measurements, return address, verification, processing time, and delivery charges.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site - including imagery, logos, text, and designs - is the property of Lynx n Co and may not be reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
